摘要:
就藏医、蒙古医、维吾尔医、壮医、瑶医、傣医等民族医药对慢性荨麻疹（chronic urticaria，CU）的认识及治疗进行综述，藏医、蒙医、维吾尔医、壮医、瑶医、傣医对于CU的病因、机理、治则、治法的认识有较完整的理论体系，但循证医学证据不够充分，缺乏客观的标准和规范化的诊疗过程以及治疗该病的临床研究等，而深入挖掘和整理民族医药原始资料，推动民族医学与现代医学技术的结合，以及探索民族医药成药与外治法对CU的治疗优势，可为进一步推广和运用民族医药治疗CU提供借鉴。
Abstract:
By reviewing the understanding and the treatment of CU in Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Uygur medicine, Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine, a more complete theoretical system of the understanding to the cause, the pathogenesis, therapeutic principles, therapeutic methods of CU has been found in ethnic medicine such as Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Uygur medicine, Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine, together with Dai medicine, however, we face the problems including insufficient evidence-based medical evidences, lacking the objective standards and standardized diagnosis and treatment process, and clinical study on the treatment of CU, therefore, it could provide the reference for further popularization and application of ethnic medicine in the treatment of CU by diging deeply and sorting out the source materials of ethnic medicine, promoting the integration of ethnic medicine and modern medical technology, and exploring the therapeutic advantages of patent medicine and external application method of ethnic medicine for CU.
