摘要:
通过仔细研读《傅青主女科》原文及查阅相关文献，从胞胎为土，生长化物；体质致病，因人而异；调理脏腑，疏通经络；治病求本，治法特色四个方面概括傅氏在“十不孕”中提出的种子学术思想。认为该书中单立种子门，门中包含“十不孕”，其审证求因，辨证详明，理法严谨，用药精简，别具特色，对后世不孕症的诊治有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:
By carefully reading the text of Fu Qingzhu's gynecology and consulting the relevant literature, Fu's academic thoughts of seeds in "ten kinds of infertility" were summarized from four aspects: babies as the earth, growing and transforming; constitution as the cause, and the disease varying according to the person; regulating viscera, dredging meridians; treating the root cause of the disease, and the characteristics of therapeutic methods. It is believed that the author establishes the chapter of seeds in the book specially, and illustrates ten kinds of infertility, which shows the important guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with its determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation, detailed and clear syndrome differentiation, precise regulations and laws, concise pharmacy and unique characteristics.
