金元时期中医不同学术流派痹证诊疗学术思想探析

摘要:: 金元时期，中医不同学术流派关于痹证的诊疗观点可谓“百家齐放”，促使了痹证中医诊疗体系的日臻完善。其中寒凉学派继承内经，强调火热病因病机；攻邪学派善用汗、吐、下三法治痹，并鉴别“风、痹、痿、厥”；易水学派为后世痹证脏腑辨证及药物精准治疗打下基础；补土学派以脾胃为本，完善脾虚致痹理论；滋阴学派善用滋阴降火，提出“血虚内热”致痹。

Abstract:: During the Jin and Yuan dynasties, the views on the diagnosis and treatment of arthralgia of different academic schools of TCM are diverse, and it perfects the system of diagnosis and treating the disease day by day. Among them, cold school inherits Neijing and emphasizes the cause and pathogenesis of fire-heat; the school of attacking evil is good at treating arthralgia with sweating, vomiting and purgation, and distinguishes "wind, arthralgia, flaccid paralysis and convulsion"; the school of Yishui lays a foundation for visceral differentiation of arthralgia and precise treatment of drugs; the school of invigorating earth takes the spleen and stomach as the foundation, and improves the theory of arthralgia induced by spleen deficiency; and the school of nourishing Yin is adept at nourishing Yin to reduce fire, and put forward to the theory of arthralgia induced by “blood deficiency and internal heat”.
