摘要:
通过1则验案探讨围绝经期女性奇经与脏腑的关系，指出奇经会随脏腑气血的变化而发生失调或病变，影响机体正常生理状态，引发一系列围绝经期临床表现，可从奇经与脏腑角度梳理围绝经期综合征证候的病机变化，为临床辨治围绝经期综合征提供新思路。
Abstract:
The connections between extra meridian and viscera are investigated via one proven case, it is pointed out that dysregulation and pathological changes would occur in extra meridians with the changes of visceral Qi and blood, affecting normal physiological state in human body and causing a series of clinical manifestations related to perimenopause, the pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome could be explained from the angles of extra meridians and viscera, which could provide new thinking for syndrome differentiation of perimenopausal syndromes in clinic.
