摘要:
目的探讨中医整体护理联合饮食指导对干燥综合征患者焦虑抑郁及免疫球蛋白的影响。 方法选取干燥综合征患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组给予饮食指导，观察组在此基础上给予中医整体护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁、身体健康状况、自护能力评分及免疫球蛋白水平和护理满意度。 结果护理后两组焦虑、抑郁评分及免疫球蛋白A、G、M水平较护理前显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。护理后两组身体健康状况及自护能力评分较护理前显著上升（P＜0.05），且观察组上升更明显（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度［96.00%（48/50）］高于对照组［82.00%（41/50）］（P＜0.05）。 结论中医整体护理联合饮食指导，能够缓解干燥综合征患者焦虑、抑郁症状，提升患者的自护能力和护理满意度，有效降低血清免疫球蛋白水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of TCM holistic nursing and dietary guidance on anxiety, depression and immunoglobulin in patients suffering Sjogren's syndrome (SS). MethodsAll 100 patients were selected and randomized into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group accepted dietary guidance, and the observation group TCM holistic nursing based on dietary guidance. To compare anxiety, depression, physical condition, the scores of self-care ability, the levels of immunoglobulin and nursing satisfaction degrees before and after the care between both groups. ResultsAfter the care, SAS, SDS and the levels of immunoglobulin A, G and M of both groups reduced significantly than before nursing (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable (P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of physical conditions and self-care ability increased apparently compared with before nursing in both groups (P<0.05), and the rise of the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was [96.00%(48/50)], higher than [82.00%(41/50)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM holistic nursing and dietary guidance could relieve anxiety and depression in SS patients, raise the patients' self-care ability and nursing satisfaction degree, and effectively reduce the levels of immunoglobulins.
