摘要:
基于“心部于表”理论，从心部署肢体动作方面对从心论治小儿抽动障碍进行探讨，认为“心部于表”，即心能统领体表各组织及其所属脏腑，维持皮表功能，调控人体视、听、言、动等各种外在生理活动，诸动作皆为心所部署，故从心论治效果可靠。
Abstract:
On the foundation of the theory of "heart governing exterior", the article explores the treatment of Tourette's syndrome (TS) from the aspect of heart organizing the action of limbs, "heart governing exterior" means that the heart could command the tissues of the body surface and the subordinate viscera, maintain the function of the skin and body surface, regulate and control extrinsic physiological activities including seeing, hearing, speaking and moving, the heart deploys all the movements, therefore the treatment from heart could achieve reliable clinical efficacy.
