摘要:
目的基于人文关怀的循证护理联合温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察。 方法将94例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组予温针灸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予基于人文关怀的循证护理，干预两周；观察两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分、视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、生活质量评分及健康行为依从性、疾病管理知识掌握情况等。 结果干预后两组患者SDS、SAS、VAS评分较干预前降低（P＜0.05），观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后两组患者健康行为依从性、疾病管理知识掌握情况及生活质量评分较干预前升高（P＜0.05），观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为95.74%（45/47），高于对照组的82.98%（39/47）（P＜0.05）。 结论基于人文关怀的循证护理联合温针灸能够消除类风湿关节炎患者负面情绪、减轻疼痛，提高健康行为依从性、疾病管理知识掌握程度、生活质量评分及护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey curative effects of humanistic care-based evidence-based nursing and warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). MethodsAll 94 RA patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion, and the observation group accepted humanistic care-based evidence-based nursing on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, intervention for two weeks. To observe SDS, SAS, VAS and the scores of quality of life health behavior compliance, disease management knowledge acquisition, in the two groups before and after the intervention. ResultsAfter the intervention, SDS, SAS and VAS scores of both groups were reduced than before the intervention (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Health behavior compliance and disease management knowledge acquisition , the scores of quality of life were improved in the two groups than before the intervention (P<0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74% (45/47), higher than 82.98% (39/47) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusionevidence-based nursing based on humanistic care combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of RA could eliminate the patients' negative emotions, relieve pain, improve health behavior compliance, disease management knowledge acquisition, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
