摘要:
目的观察健脾消痰饮联合中药穴位贴敷治疗中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的临床疗效。 方法将中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者95例随机分为A组（常规西医药治疗）30例、B组（健脾消痰饮+无药穴位贴敷）32例和C组（健脾消痰饮+中药穴位贴敷）33例。比较3组患者治疗前后6分钟步行距离（6 minutes walking distance，6MWD）、肺功能、血清炎症因子水平和呼吸困难程度、临床疗效及治疗期间急性发作次数、不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗后3组患者肺功能、6MWD分值、MRC分值、血清炎症因子水平、中医证候和急性发作次数均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），C组改善优于A、B组（P＜0.05）；3组均未见明显不良反应。 结论健脾消痰饮联合中药穴位贴敷可改善中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者肺功能，提高临床疗效，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of spleen-invigorating and phlegm-eliminating drink combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in remission. MethodsNinety-five patients with moderate or severe COPD in remission were randomly divided into 30 patients in group A (conventional Western medicine treatment), 32 patients in group B (spleen-invigorating and phlegm-eliminating drink + acupoint application without medicine) and 33 patients in group C (spleen-invigorating and phlegm-eliminating drink+Chinese medicine acupoint application). To compare six minutes walking distance (6MWD), lung function, serum inflammatory factor and dyspnea, clinical efficacy, the number of acute episodes during the treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the three groups. ResultsLung function, 6MWD score, MRC score, serum inflammatory factor, TCM syndrome and the number of acute episodes improved in the three groups after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement in group C was better than that in groups A and B (P<0.05); no significant adverse reactions occurred in the three groups. ConclusionSpleen-invigorating and phlegm-eliminating drink combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve the lung function and clinical symptoms of patients with moderate or severe COPD in remission, which is safe.
