摘要:
对外泌体在激素性股骨头骨坏死(steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head,SANFH)中的发病机制、诊断、不同组织和细胞来源的外泌体治疗作用及通过中医药调控干预的实验与应用研究进行小结。认为外泌体对诊断早期SANFH有一定作用,有望成为诊断SANFH病理学和病理生理学的新型生物标志物;外泌体改变相关受体细胞的生理或病理过程及功能,在SANFH发展进程中起到重要作用;不同来源的外泌体通过促进血管生成和成骨有效阻止SANFH的进展;外泌体结合中药单体及复方调控相关因子可促进微血管生成和骨生成,有效延缓SANFH病理进程,为今后中医药治疗SANFH的研究提供了依据和参考。
Abstract:
Exosomes are useful in diagnosing early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head (SANFH), and it may become the novel biomarker for the diagnosis of SANFH in pathology and pathophysiology by summarizing the pathogenesis and the diagnosis of SANFH, therapeutic effects of exosomes from different tissues and cells, as well as experimental and application studies via TCM regulation and intervention, exosomes are playing the important roles in the progression of SANFH by altering physiological or pathological processes and functions of the relevant receptor cells; exosomes could effectively slow the progression of SANFH through promoting the angiogenesis and osteogenesis; its combination with herbal monomers and compounds could regulate microangiogenesis and osteogenesis by adjusting the relevant factors, effectively slowing down the pathological process of SANFH, which could provide the reference and evidences for the research on TCM therapy for the disease.
