摘要:
以“肾藏精生髓主骨”理论为前提,结合微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)在骨代谢中发挥的调节作用,探讨中医药介导miRNA在糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)中对成骨细胞的调控作用及其机制,以寻找有效的治疗靶点,为治疗DOP提供研究思路与治疗策略。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the regulatory effects of TCM-mediated miRNA on the osteoblasts in the treatment of DOP and the relevant mechanism based on the theory of "kidney storing essence, producing marrow and governing bone", in combination with the regulatory role of miRNA played in bone metabolism, so as to find out the effective therapeutic targets, which could provide research idea and therapeutic strategy for the therapy of DOP.
