摘要:
探寻从肝论治脾胃病的古籍来源和现代药理研究，阐述李廷荃教授从“肝”论治胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease，GERD）的临床经验，李廷荃教授提出“治肝可以安胃”的诊疗思想，从肝主疏泄论治GERD的同时要紧抓肝与脾胃的关系，以健脾和胃为基础，可为临床消化系统疾病，尤其为GERD提供了从“肝”论治的新思路。
Abstract:
The article explores the sources of ancient texts on the treatment of spleen-stomach disease from liver and modern pharmacological researches, and illustrates professor Li Tingquan’s experience in treating gastroeso-phageal reflux disease (GERD) from "liver", he raises his diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of "treatment for liver could calm the stomach", he treats GERD based on liver controlling dispersion, meanwhile, and closely grasps the relationship between liver and spleen-stomach, taking invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach as the foundation, which could provide new thinking for treatment of digestive system disease, especially GERD from liver in clinic.
