摘要:
介绍王自立主任医师分期辨治温病的临床诊疗经验。王自立主任医师认为，各种流行性病毒感染所致传染性疾病均属于疫邪所致“温病”范畴，强调当以透邪为要，须先“开门揖盗”，给邪以出路；不可早补过补，以防“闭门留寇”。主张以分期辨证论治为主，临证常分为初期（风寒湿疫、风湿热疫）、疫毒壅盛期——肺炎期（痰热内甚，浊毒蕴结）、恢复期；总以扶正祛邪为要，须联合运用发汗解表、化湿透邪、宣肺化痰、清热解毒、通利二便等法，共奏清上、畅中、达下之功。
Abstract:
The paper illustrated chief physician Wang Zili’s clinical diagnostic and therapeutic experience in differentiating and treating febrile diseases by stages. Chief physician Wang Zili holds that the infectious diseases induced by the infections of various viral infections belongs to the category of "febrile diseases" induced by epidemic pathogenic factor, and he emphasizes that the key is to expel the pathogenic factors through penetration, finding the outlet for pathogenic factors, and priority should be given to expelling the pathogenic factors; tonification should be avoided if too early or excessive, so as to prevent "keeping pathogenic factors in". He advocates the phased therapy as the main one, and the disease is often divided into the initial stage (wind-cold-damp epidemic, wind-cold-hot epidemic), the stage of excessive epidemic toxin-the stage of pneumonia (excessive phlegm-heat, accumulation of turbid-toxin) and the stage of rehabilitation; the first step is to enhance healthy Qi and expel the pathogenic factors, combining with the methods of inducing sweating and dispelling exogenous evils, resolving damp and expelling the pathogenic factors, dispersing lung Qi and resolving phlegm, clearing heat and detoxifying, smoothing bowel movements and regulating the urination, which could exert the effects of clearing the upper energizer, unobstructing the middle and dredging the lower.
