摘要:
目的观察“从督论治”法针刺治疗颈性眩晕（cervical vertigo，CV）的临床疗效。 方法将296例CV患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组148例。两组均予常规对症治疗，对照组同时采用常规针刺治疗，观察组同时采用“从督论治”针刺治疗，两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者CV症状与功能评估量表（evaluation scale for cervical vertigo，ESCV）评分和眩晕障碍量表（dizziness handicap inventory，DHI）评分、椎-基底动脉血流速度变化和血管搏动指数（perfusion index，PI）及临床疗效。 结果治疗后两组患者ESCV量表各项评分均升高（P＜0.05），观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；DHI评分降低（P＜0.05），观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；椎动脉与基底动脉血流速度均增加，PI均减少（P＜0.05），且观察组以上指标改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组［95.27％（141/148）］高于对照组［89.19％（132/148）］（P＜0.05）。 结论“从督论治”法针刺能够缓解CV患者症状和体征，改善椎-基底动脉血流速度，有一定临床借鉴意义。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey therapeutic effects of acupuncture therapy focusing on the governor meridian in treating cervical vertigo (CV). MethodsAll 296 CV patients were randomized to the control group and the observation group with 148 cases in each. Both groups accepted conventional symptomatic treatment, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy while the observation group received acupuncture therapy focusing on the governor meridian, both groups were treated for four weeks continuously. To compare ESCV and DHI scores, changes in blood flow velocity in the vertebro-basilar artery, PI and curative effects between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the scores for different items on the ESCV increased in the two groups (P<0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); the decrease in DHI scores was found in the two groups (P<0.05), while the decrease of the observation group was more evident (P<0.05); vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity was elevated while PI reduced (P<0.05), and the improvements of the indexes of the observation group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was [95.27%(141/148)], higher than [89.19%(132/148)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupuncture therapy focusing on the governor meridian could relieve CV patients’ symptoms and body signs, and improve blood flow velocity in the vertebro-basilar artery, which has notable clinical significance.
