摘要:
李应存教授认为气血虚弱、先天不足、肝郁气滞、痰气壅阻是导致产后缺乳的重要病因病机，临证中应以气血为纲，同时临证治疗中忌一味补益，需寓行于补。李教授运用敦煌疗风虚瘦弱方加减治疗该病，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Professor Li Yingcun holds that Qi and blood deficiency, congenital depletion, liver depression and Qi stagnation, phlegm and Qi obstruction are the important causes and pathogenesis for hypogalactia, Qi and blood should be the guiding principle in clinical work, meanwhile, importance should be attached to promoting Qi circulation while tonifying in clinical treatment. Professor Li’s treatment demonstrates noticeable effects against the disease.
