摘要:
分析公立中医医院科研项目经费管理现状，阐述公立中医医院设立科研财务助理队伍的必要性，并依据医院自身条件提出设立科研财务助理的建议，为科研项目经费标准化管理和财务内部控制管理提供参考。
Abstract:
The paper analyzes the current state of scientific research project fund management in public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, illustrates the necessity of establishing a team of financial assistants for scientific research, and proposes the hospital-based establishment of the financial assistant for scientific research, which could provide the reference materials for standardized management of scientific research project fund and financial internal control.
