摘要:
目的通过可视化手段对近十年乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿领域文献进行分析，识别该领域研究趋势和热点，为相关研究提供参考。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）2013—2023年的相关文献，使用NoteExpress 3.5.0进行管理和筛选，Excel 2016绘制发文量趋势图，利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1对关键词进行共现、聚类和突现分析，绘制知识图谱，展示该研究领域的结构和趋势。 结果该领域年发文量整体上升，罗庆华、强万敏等学者为高产作者。主要发文机构为医院，其中江西省肿瘤医院表现突出。乳腺癌术式、术后护理、上肢功能等为高频关键词，揭示了研究热点。新兴主题如“肌内效贴”和“地奥司明”的应用成为新趋势。 结论图谱显示，淋巴水肿的新治疗方法和肢体功能恢复仍是未来研究热点。未来应建设多中心合作网络，加强国家、机构及作者间的合作交流，为乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的治疗和管理提供更坚实的科学依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for the relevant studies by analyzing the literature on breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL) in the recent ten years by visual means, and surveying the research trends and hotspots in the field. MethodsA retrieval of the pertinent literature between 2013 and 2023 was conducted from CNKI, managed and filtered with NoteExpress 3.5.0, Excel 2016 was used to draw publication trend chart, CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was applied to perform co-occurrence, clustering and emergence analysis of keywords, consequently to draw the knowledge graph, demonstrating the structure and trends in the field. ResultsThe number of annual publications in the field was on the rise, the sholars including Luo Qinghua, Qiang Wanmin, were prolific authors. The main institutions were hospitals, among them, Jiangxi cancer hospital has been recognized for outstanding performance. Breast cancer surgery, postoperative care and the function of upper limb were high-frequency keywords, revealing the research hotspots. Emerging topics such as the application of "intramuscular patches" and "diosmin" have become the new trends. ConclusionThe knowledge graph shows that new treatments for lymphedema and restoration of limb function remain hotspots for future research. In the future, a multicenter collaborative network should be built to strengthen the cooperation and communication among countries, institutions and authors, so as to provide a more solid scientific basis for the treatment and management of breast cancer-associated lymphedema.
