摘要:
从Folkman教授提出的肿瘤血管生成假说出发,结合微小核糖核酸(MicroRNA,miRNA)调控非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)血管生成的分子机制,探讨中医药干预NSCLC血管生成的研究进展。研究认为:1)NSCLC血管生成依赖于miRNA的调控作用,miRNA可通过靶向调控非编码RNA参与该过程,从而实现对NSCLC血管生成的精细调控;2)miR-543、miR-942、miR-128等miRNA对NSCLC血管生成具有促进或抑制作用,在NSCLC的检测、诊断、治疗、预后等方面具备应用前景;3)中医药可通过调节关键miRNA表达影响血管生成,为NSCLC血管生成干预提供低毒、高效的潜在治疗策略。
Abstract:
Building upon Professor Folkman’s tumor angiogenesis hypothesis, this paper discusses research progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) interventions in NSCLC angiogenesis, incorporating the molecular mechanisms involving miRNA regulation. Studies suggest that: 1) angiogenesis in NSCLC is regulated by miRNAs, miRNAs can participate in the process by targeting non-coding RNAs, thus achieving fine-tuned control of NSCLC angiogenesis; 2) miRNAs including miR-543, miR-942 and miR-128 can promote or inhibit NSCLC angiogenesis, demonstrating significant potential in NSCLC detection, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis; 3) TCM can modulate key miRNA expression to influence angiogenesis, offering a promising therapeutic strategy with low toxicity and high efficacy for NSCLC angiogenesis intervention.
