摘要:
目的回顾性分析萆薢渗湿汤加味熏洗对湿热下注型混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。 方法收集湿热下注型混合痔术后患者共80例，分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。两组均于术后第2天口服地奥司明片；观察组在对照组治疗基础上，于术后第2天予萆薢渗湿汤加味熏洗；两组均连续治疗7天。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合相关指标评分，以及疼痛、水肿消失时间和创面愈合时间。 结果观察组患者总有效率［95.00%（38/40）］高于对照组［75.00%（30/40）］（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组创面愈合相关指标评分均降低（P＜0.05），疼痛、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间均缩短（P＜0.05），且观察组变化更明显（P＜0.05）。 结论萆薢渗湿汤加味熏洗用于湿热下注型混合痔术后患者，可有效改善术后相关症状，缩短恢复时间，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo retrospectively analyze therapeutic effects of modified Bixie dampness-eliminating decoction fumigation and washing in the treatment of wound healing in patients after surgery of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward type. MethodsEighty patients after surgery of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward type were collected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received oral administration of Diosmin tablets starting from the second day after surgery. The observation group, in addition to the treatment given to the control group, received modified Bixie dampness-eliminating decoction for fumigation and washing from the second day after surgery. Both groups were treated continuously for seven days. To compare clinical efficacy, wound healing-related index scores, as well as the disappearance time of pain and edema and the wound healing time between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group [95.00% (38/40)] was higher than that in the control group [75.00% (30/40)] (P<0.05). After treatment, the wound healing-related index scores in both groups decreased (P<0.05), and the disappearance time of pain and edema as well as the wound healing time were shortened (P<0.05), with the changes in the observation group being more significant (P<0.05). ConclusionModified Bixie dampness-eliminating decoction for fumigation and washing in the treatment of patients after surgery of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward type could effectively improve postoperative symptoms, shorten the recovery time and raise clinical effects.
