摘要:
目的可视化分析近年来增液汤的研究热点和发展前沿。 方法运用CiteSpace对近年来中国知网数据库中收集的569篇增液汤相关文献进行研究者、研究机构和关键词的可视化知识图谱分析。 结果共纳入502位研究者,何学红发文量最高,为21篇;共纳入441个研究机构,辽宁中医药大学附属医院发文量最高,为13篇;共纳入490个关键词,形成10个合理聚类,探测出15个突现词。 结论增液汤研究领域尚未形成实力雄厚的多产合作群,团队间的合作有待加强;机构总体发文量偏少,尚未形成核心研究机构以及广泛紧密联系的机构合作网络;增液汤衍变方增液承气汤在临床上的运用以及增液汤治疗便秘的相关研究是增液汤研究领域的研究热点;增液汤治疗慢性传输型便秘和干眼症以及增液汤衍变方增液润燥汤的相关研究是该领域的研究前沿和趋势,有望持续成为该领域的研究热点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo visually analyze the research hotspots and development frontiers of Zengye Decoction in recent years. MethodsUsing CiteSpace, a visualized knowledge graph analysis of researchers, research institutions, and keywords was conducted on 569 articles related to Zengye Decoction collected from the CNKI database in recent years. ResultsA total of 502 researchers were included, among whom He Xuehong had the highest number of publications (21 articles). A total of 441 research institutions were included, with the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranking first with 13 articles. A total of 490 keywords were included, forming 10 reasonable clusters, and 15 burst terms were detected. ConclusionIn the research field of Zengye Decoction, a highly productive and well-established collaborative group has not yet been formed, and inter-team cooperation needs to be strengthened. The overall publication output of institutions remains relatively low, with no core research institutions or extensive, closely connected institutional collaboration networks having emerged so far. The clinical application of its derivative formula, Zengye Chengqi Decoction, as well as studies on the use of Zengye Decoction in treating constipation, represent current research hotspots in this field. Studies on Zengye Decoction for the treatment of slow-transit constipation and dry eye syndrome, along with research on another derivative formula, Zengye Runzao (moistening-dryness) Decoction, constitute the research frontiers and trends in this field, which are expected to continue as enduring research hotspots.
