摘要:
目的梳理近年来神经根型颈椎病领域研究进展与整体态势，明晰该领域研究脉络与发展趋势，为后续相关科研探索及临床实践研究提供科学参考依据。 方法以“神经根型颈椎病”为检索主题，在中国知网数据库开展文献检索，运用CiteSpace 5.6.R2可视化分析软件与NoteExpress文献管理工具，从年度发文量、科研发文机构、核心研究作者、高频关键词等维度开展文献计量与知识图谱可视化分析。 结果共纳入中文文献6706篇，其年度发文量处于上升趋势；研究热点以神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗为主，以针灸、手法、骨伤推拿、牵引、中药为主要治疗手段；新的研究热点和创新有待挖掘。 结论国内神经根型颈椎病相关研究已形成良好发展规模，但现有研究多聚焦临床疗效观察，基础实验机制类研究较为薄弱，研究热点更新滞后，整体研究深度仍需提升；同时各科研团队、研究机构间学术交流与协同合作不足，未来需进一步强化跨单位学术联动，丰富研究层次，推动领域研究高质量发展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide a scientific reference basis for subsequent related scientific research explorations and clinical practice studies by reviewing the research progress and overall landscape in the field of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in recent years, and clarifying the intellectual lineage and development trends in this field. MethodsUsing "cervical spondylotic radiculopathy" as the search topic, a literature search was conducted in the CNKI database. CiteSpace 5.6.R2 visualization analysis software and NoteExpress reference management tool were employed to perform bibliometric and knowledge graph visualization analyses from the dimensions of annual publication volume, research institutions, core authors, and high-frequency keywords. ResultsA total of 6,706 Chinese-language articles were included, with the annual publication volume showing an upward trend. The research hotspot mainly focuses on the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, with acupuncture, manipulative therapy, orthopedic massage, traction, and traditional Chinese herbal medicine as the primary treatment modalities. New research hotspots and innovations remain to be explored. ConclusionDomestic research on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has achieved considerable development and formed a favorable scale. However, existing studies mostly focus on clinical efficacy observation, while research on basic experimental mechanisms remains relatively weak. The updating of research hotspots has lagged behind, and the overall depth of research still needs to be enhanced. Furthermore, academic exchange and collaborative cooperation among research teams and institutions are insufficient. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen cross-institutional academic collaboration, enrich research dimensions, and promote high-quality development in this field.
