摘要:
刘冬梅教授认为脾胃虚弱、痰瘀互结、毒伤胃络为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的基本病机，治疗以健脾运气为本，重视气机调畅，佐以活血化瘀、化湿清热、解毒祛邪。用药特点上古今并用，重药之气味，并巧用药对以通枢纽化痰瘀，同时根据疾病演化规律自拟方剂临证加减，疗效显著。并附病案1则，以资参考。
Abstract:
Professor Liu Dongmei posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia lies in spleen-stomach deficiency, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, and toxic pathogens damaging the gastric collaterals. The therapeutic principle centers on fortifying the spleen and regulating Qi transformation, with particular emphasis on the free flow of Qi movement. This is supplemented by measures to activate blood circulation and resolve stasis, eliminate dampness and clear heat, and detoxify and expel pathogenic factors. In terms of medication, Professor Liu integrates classical wisdom with contemporary pharmacological knowledge, paying close attention to the flavor and nature of herbs, and skillfully employing herbal pairs to unblock the pivotal mechanism and resolve phlegm-stasis. Furthermore, based on the natural progression of the disease, she formulates self-devised prescriptions with flexible modifications according to syndrome differentia-tion, achieving notable therapeutic efficacy. One representative case is appended for reference.
