摘要:
目的：观察桃红四物汤联合手法复位治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法：将160例Colles骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。2组患者均给予手法复位，治疗组同时给予桃红四物汤内服。结果：24、48小时后治疗组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P＜0.05)；疼痛综合征（CRPS）治疗组发生1例(1.25%)，对照组发生9例(11.25%)，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桃红四物汤联合手法复位治疗Colles骨折，可减轻疼痛，降低CRPS发生率，促进骨折愈合。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TaoHong SiWuTang and manipulative reduction for Colles bone fracture. Method: The 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. Both groups were given with manipulative reduction, treatment group took TaoHong SiWuTang. Result: Pain degrees of treatment group in 24h and 48h were lighter than that ofcontrol group(P＜0.05); there is one case of CRPS occurred in the treatment group(1.25%) while nine cases in the control group (11.25%), comparisons of both groups demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion:TaoHong SiWuTang and Manipulative reduction in treating Colles bone fracturecan alleviate thepain, decrease the incidence of CRPS and prom ote the healing of bone fracture.
