摘要:
目的：观察赵道洲主任医师手法复位合并外用药物治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床效果。方法：将腰椎小关节紊乱症患者48例分为治疗组和对照组各24例，治疗组患者赵道洲主任医师行手法复位合并外用药物治疗，对照组患者行外用药物治疗及卧床休息，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：2种方法均能有效治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症，但治疗组临床总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的87.50%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：赵道洲主任医师手法治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症疗效优于常规治疗方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of chief physician ZHAO Daozhou’s manual reduction combined with external medicines in treating lumbar small-joint disturbance. Methods: All 48 patients with lumbar small-joint disturbance were divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group 24 cases, the treatment group was given chief physician ZHAO Daozhou’s manual reduction and external medicines, the control group was given external medicines and bed rest, the treatment effects were compared between both groups. Results: Two methods could treat lumbar small-joint disturbance effectively, but clinical total effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group was higher than 87.50% of the control group, there was statistical difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Chief physician ZHAO Daozhou’s manual reduction is an effective method for treating lumbar small-joint disturbance, and its effects are superior to these of routine method.
