摘要:
目的：探讨中药保留灌肠联合穴位注射治疗盆腔炎的护理方法。方法：将180例盆腔炎的患者随机分配为观察组、对照组各90例，2组均给予中药灌肠及穴位注射常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理护理、健康宣教、饮食护理等护理措施。结果：观察组治愈率57.78%，总有效率96.67%。对照组治愈率22.22%，总有效率为81.11%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在中药灌肠及穴位注射常规护理的基础上给予心理护理、健康宣教、饮食护理等护理措施有助于提高盆腔炎的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing method of TCM retention enema and acupoint injection in treating chronic pelvic inflammation. Method: All 180 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. Both groups received TCM retention enema and acupoint injections, the observation group were given with nursing method including psychological nursing, health education, dietary nursing and others.Result: The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 57.78% and 96.67%, the control group 22.22% and 81.11%. Comparisons showed statistical meaning in the cure rate and total effective rate of both groups(P＜0.05), Curative effects of the observation group were superior to the control group. Conclusion: On the base of TCM retention enema and acupoint injection, nursing method including psychological nursing, health education,dietary nursing is helpful to improve clinical effects of chronic pelvic inflammation.
