摘要:
目的:建立肿痛消颗粒的最佳制备工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验对肿痛消颗粒制备过程中的影响条件(即醇沉浓度、浸膏相对密度、烘干温度等因素)进行考察分析,同时对颗粒粒度、水分含量、生产效率等进行检验分析。优选该颗粒剂的最佳制备生产工艺。结果:综合分析试验中的各项指标,肿痛消颗粒的最佳制备工艺是醇沉浓度为含醇量 60%,相对密度为 1.26-1.36,烘干温度为 55-65℃。结论:该工艺条件稳定,可为生产提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the optimal preparing conditions of ZhongTongXiao granules. Method:Through orthogonal design, the factors influencing the preparation of ZhongTongXiao granules including the concentration of alcohol precipitation, relative density of extracts, the drying temperature and others were investigated, also the granularity of the granules, water content and working efficacy were analyzed. The optimal technique of the granules was chosen. Result: By comprehensively analyzing the indexes in the tests, the optimal preparing technique of ZhognTongXiao granules was that alcoholic quantity of alcohol heavy concentration was 60%, the relative density was 1.26-1.36 and the drying temperature was 55-65℃ . Conclusion: The technique is stable and could provide theoretical evidence for the production.
