摘要:
分析大学生失眠的发病及病因病机特点，将失眠大学生分为热扰心神，心神失养，心气郁滞，痰食扰心 4 型进行辨证论治的同时注重调摄，才能达到最佳疗效。
Abstract:
The onset, etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia in university students were analyzed, the insomnia was classified into four kinds of patterns: heat disturbing heart spirit, heart spirit failing to nourish, stagnation of heart Qi, phlegm-food disturbing heart. We could obtain the best effects when we differentiated the patterns and emphasized health maintenance.
