摘要:
目的：探讨心理护理干预对高血压颅内出血患者心钠素（ANP）、降钙素相关基因钛(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)的影响及意义。方法：将74例因高血压致颅内出血无需实施手术的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各37例，试验组采用心理护理干预加常规护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式。分别于实施心理护理干预前和入院第2、7天测定ANP、CGRP和ET的含量。结果：试验组入院第2、7天时ANP、ET含量下降的幅度和CGRP含量上升的幅度都明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：心理护理干预能有效降低高血压致颅内出血的风险，促进康复，明显提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects and meaning of psychological nursing intervention on endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related titanium (CGRP) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) of the patients with intracranial hemorrhage that was induced by hypertension. Method: All 74 patients were randomized into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group received psychological nursing intervention and routine nursing mode, the control group routine nursing model. The contents of ANP, CGRP and ET were detected before intervention and at the 2nd and 7th day after hospitalization. Result: The decrease of ANP and ET at the 2nd and 7th day after hospitalization and the increase of CGRP content were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention could effectively reduce the risk of intracranial bleeding induced by hypertension, promote the rehabilitation and improve life quality remarkably.
