摘要:
目的:探讨胃肠道术后早期肠内营养时间对患者康复效果的影响。方法:将102例胃肠道术后患者随机分为试验组52例、对照组50例。试验组术后20小时开始肠内营养,而对照组在术后第3~5天肠功能恢复后开始肠内营养。比较2组患者术后肠功能恢复速度、肠道继发感染率、电解质紊乱发生率、住院费用等。结果:观察组肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后第5天丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及K+、Na+、Ca2+等电解质比较差异显著(P<0.05)。继发肠道感染观察组5例(9.62%),对照组13例(26.00%),2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。平均住院费用观察组为(6 815.0±1 094.2)元,对照组为(8 725.9±1 584.1)元,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道术后早期肠内营养对患者的康复起明显促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of early enteral nutrition timing after gastrointestinal surgery on the rehabilitation of the patients. Method: All 102 patients were allocated into 52 cases in the test group and 50 cases of the control group. The test group were given with enteral nutrition in 20 hours after surgery and the control group enteral nutrition in three to five days after the surgery when intestinal function were recovered. Hospital expense, the incidence of electrolyte disturbance, secondary infection rate of the intestine, the speed of postoperative intestinal recovery were compared in both groups. Result: The observation group was shorter than the control group in recovery time of intestinal function(P<0.05). The comparison between both groups at the 5th day after surgery showed remarkable difference in ALT and electrolyte such as K+, Na+, Ca2+ and others (P<0.05). There were five cases with secondary intestinal infection in the observation group (9.62%) and 13 cases in the control group (26.00%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). Average hospital expense of the observation group was RMB (6815.0±1094.2), lower than RMB (8725.9±1584.1) of the control group notably(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition could promote the recovery of the patients performed with gastrointestinal surgery obviously.
