摘要:
目的:探讨阶梯式临床路径健康教育方式对于预防急性胰腺炎患者肠内营养期消化道并发症的效果。方法:选取急性胰腺炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组在接受常规治疗的基础上,给予常规健康教育;观察组在接受常规治疗的基础上,在肠内营养期间给予阶梯式临床路径健康教育干预。在干预期间比较两组肠内营养期间恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻的发生率,患者出院时对肠内营养知识的掌握情况和护理满意度。结果:恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻的发生率观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时观察组对肠内营养知识的熟悉掌握率94.7%(54/57)高于对照组62.7%(37/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度91.2%(52/57)高于对照组59.3%(35/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶梯式临床路径健康教育方式能使急性胰腺炎患者更好地掌握肠内营养的健康知识,有效降低消化道并发症的发生率,提高护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of phased clinical pathway health education on preventing gastrointestinal complications of the patients with acute pancreatitis(AP) during the intestinal nutrition period. Methods: 120 AP patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group. The control group received conventional health education on the foundation of routine therapy; and the observation group were intervened by phased clinical pathway health education during the intestinal nutrition period when they accepted conventional therapy simultaneously. To compare the indexes contained the incidences of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea during the intestinal nutrition period, the grasping conditions of intestinal nutrition knowledge when discharged and nursing satisfaction degree. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and diarrhea, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the grasping rate of intestinal nutrition knowledge when discharged in the observation group was 94.7%(54/57), higher than 62.7%(37/59) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the patients′ nursing satisfaction degree when discharged of the observation group was 91.2%(52/57), higher than 59.3%(35/59) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Phased clinical pathway health education could help AP patients grasp intestinal nutrition knowledge, effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications during the intestinal nutrition period and raise nursing satisfaction degree.
