摘要:
目的：观察自拟中风活血化痰汤对急性脑梗死患者血清NSE、BDNF水平的影响及其临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的方法将100例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组、对照组各50例，对照组予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上应用自拟中风活血化痰汤治疗，14天为1个疗程，2个疗程后比较治疗前后2组患者神经功能缺损评分(NSS)、生活质量指数评分及血清NSE、BDNF水平的变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照 组(P＜0.01)，同时在降低CSS评分，提高BI评分，降低NSE水平，提高BDNF水平方面均优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：中风活血化痰汤可能通过降低CSS评分、提高BI评分，降低NSE水平、提高BDNF水平提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects and clinical effects of self-made ZhongFeng HuoXueHuaTanTang on contents of NSE and BDNF in the serum of patients with acuter cerebral infarction. Method: One hundred patients were separated into the treatment group and the control group with a randomized and controlled method. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine and the treatment group took ZhongFengHuoXue HuaTanTang. 14 days were one course of treatment, after two courses of treatment, neurological severity scale (NSS), the indexes of life quality of patients in both groups levels of serum NSE and BDNF were compared before and after treating. Result: The treatment group was superior to the control group remarkably in clinical effects (P＜0.01), superior to the control group in decreasing NSS scale, increasing BI scale, lowering contents of NSE andi mproving the contents of BDNF (P＜0.01). Conclusion：ZhongFeng HuoXue HuaTanTangcould improve clinical effects through decreasing NSS scale，improving the scale of life quality indexes，lowering NSE level and raising BDNF level.
