摘要:
目的：对比分析中医康复护理与常规内科护理对脑梗死患者功能康复效果。方法：回顾性对比分析脑梗死患者80例，并随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用常规内科护理，干预组在此基础上，针对患者身体健康状况采用中药、针灸等中医康复护理。记录患者入院后第2、15天时肢体活动程度、认知能力，并进行统计学分析。结果：入院第2天时对2组患者的肢体活动程度、认知能力恢复的情况进行比较，差异不明显（P＞0.05）。入院后第15天，比较2组患者肢体活动程度、认知能力的恢复程度，其差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：中药、针灸等中医康复护理运用于脑梗死患者的康复护理，可以改善其肢体活动程度，提高其认知能力及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze and compare curative effects of TCM rehabilitation care and routine care for functional rehabilitation of the patients with cerebral infarction. Method: The data of 80 patients with cerebral infarction was compared and analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group equally. The control group were given with routine care of internal medicine, the treatment group received TCM rehabilitation care aimed at body conditions of the patients including herbs, acupuncture and others. Limb activity and cognitive ability of the patients were recorded at the 2nd and 15th days after hospitalized and the conditions were analyzed statistically. Result: The difference was insignificant in limb activity and cognitive ability at the 2nd day after hospitalized between both groups (P＞0.05). The difference was significant at the 15th day after hospitalized(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM rehabilitation care such as TCM, acupuncture and others applied to rehabilitation care of the patients could improve limb activity, cognitive ability and life quality of the patients obviously.
