摘要:
目的：观察桃红四物汤合半夏白术天麻治疗急性脑梗死并发脑心综合征(风痰瘀阻证)的疗效。方法：将122例患者随机分为观察组(60例)、对照组(62例)，对照组给予西医基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服桃红四物汤合半夏白术天麻汤，1剂/d。2组均治疗2周，观察2组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、临床疗效及心脏情况(心律失常发生率、ST-T改变及心肌酶异常发生率)。结果：NIHSS评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为75.80%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者的心律失常、ST-T改变均得到明显改善，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桃红四物汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死并发脑心综合征(风痰瘀阻证)疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TaoHong SiWu Tang combined with BanXia BaiZhu TianMa Tang in treating acute cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome of wind phlegm and blood stasis pattern. Methods: All 122 patients were randomized into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group (62 cases). The control group adopted conventional treatment of western medicine, and the observation group took TaoHong SiWu Tang combined with BanXia BaiZhu TianMa Tang on the foundation of the treatment the control group accepted, one dose each day. NIHSS scales, clinical effects and heart conditions (the incidence of arrhythmia, ST-T changes and the incidence of myocardial enzyme abnormality) of both groups were observed before and after treating when both groups were treated for two weeks. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of NIHSS scales between before and after treating within one group (P＜0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 75.80% of the control group, and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Arrhythmia and ST-T changes of the observation group were improved notably, and the difference presented statistical meaning compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TaoHong SiWu Tang combined with BanXia BaiZhu TianMa Tang is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome of wind phlegm and blood stasis pattern.
