摘要:
目的:比较甘肃不同产地当归对小鼠心肌功能及组织形态的影响。方法:将正常小鼠连续灌服各产地当归[1.875g/(kg·d)含生药量0.1g/mL]22天,以云南当归作对照,血清中谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、钙离子(Ca2+)及组织形态为观察指标。结果:甘肃当归均能降低小鼠血清中GOT、GPT、LDH的活性(P<0.05);提高心肌组织细胞中SOD、GSH-PX活性及Ca2+含量并降低MDA的含量(P<0.05);心肌组织形态未见异常改变。综合比较礼县当归降低血清心肌酶谱指标GPT、GOT、LDH的作用较强,渭源、岷县当归提高心肌氧化-抗氧化的能力较强。结论:较长时间服用当归能提高抗氧化能力,减少过氧化产物,对小鼠心肌细胞没有损害性作用,对心肌的正常收缩与舒张没有影响,可起到较好的保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare the effects of DangGui[Angellica sinensis(Oliv) Diels.]from different habitats of Gansu on myocardial function and tissue morphology of the mice. Methods: Normal mice were administered with DangGui from different habitats[1.875g /(kg·d) containing 0.1g/mL of crude drug) for 22 consecutive days, which was contrasted with Yunnan DangGui, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) of myocardial tissue,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), malonaldehyde(MDA), calcium ion (Ca2+) and tissue morphology were observed. Results: Gansu DangGui could reduce the activity of GOT, GPT, LDH of the mice(P<0.05); raise the activity of SOD, GSH-PX of the cells in myocardial tissue, the contents of Ca2+, decrease the contents of MDA (P<0.05); there was no abnormal changes in the morphology of myocardial tissue. The results showed that Lixian county DangGui could decrease the indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum including GPT, GOT, LDH better, Weiyuan and Minxian County DangGui showed stronger oxidation-antioxidation ability of myocardial tissue. Conclusion: Taking DangGui for a long time could improve antioxidation, reduce peroxidation product and protect myocardial tissue, which shows no harm and influence on normal diastole and systole of myocardial tissue of the mice.
