摘要:
目的:探讨复方大枣片对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法:将SPF级昆明种雌性小鼠200只随机分为5个实验组,每个实验组再随机分为低、中、高剂量[0.167、0.333、1.000 g/(kg·bw)]组及对照组4组,连续给药30天,分别进行迟发型变态反应实验、淋巴细胞转化实验,并检测抗体生成细胞、测定血清溶血素;同时进行小鼠碳廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、NK细胞活性实验,测定相关免疫学指标。结果:1.000 g/(kg·bw)剂量组能增加小鼠迟发型变态反应能力、淋巴细胞转化能力、抗体生成细胞数、血清半数溶血值,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0.333、1.000 g/(kg·bw)剂量组能增加小鼠NK细胞活性,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个剂量组对小鼠体质量、脾脏/体质量比值、胸腺/体质量比值、小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:复方大枣片具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influence of compound jujube tablets on the immunity of the mice. Methods: All 200 mice were randomized into five experimental groups, and each group divided into low, moderate and high dosage groups[0.167, 0.333, 1.000 g/(kg·bw)] and the control group, for 30 consecutive days, the contents of antibody-producing cells (APC) and serum hemolysin were measured by delayed allergic reaction and lymphocyte transformation test respectively; associated immune indexes were detected by mice carbon clearance capacity test, mice peritoneal macrophage to swallow chicken red blood cells and the activity of NK cells. Results: High dosage group at the concentrations of 1.000g/(kg·bw) could increase the ability of delayed allergic reaction and lymphocyte transformation, the numbers of APC and HC50, which showed significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05); high and moderate dosage groups in the concentrations of 0.333 and 1.000g/(kg·bw) could enhance the activity of NK cells, the difference had statistical meaning compared with the control group(P<0.05); there was insignificant difference in mice weight, the ratio of spleen/body weight, the ratio of thymus glang/weight, mononuclear macrophage carbon clearance capacity and the ability of peritoneal macrophage to swallow chicken red blood cells among the treatment groups with different dosages(P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound jujube tablets could enhance the immunity of the mice.
