摘要:
目的:分析竹沥化学成分。方法:采用干馏法制备四种竹沥,用GC-MS技术对其进行化学成分分析。结果:可定性成分分别为42、37、39、63个,分别占可检出成分的68.89%、64.26%、71.55%、69.84%。4种竹沥中均含有愈创木酚(Phenol,2-methoxy-)、紫丁香醇(Phenol,2,6-dimethoxy-)、去甲绵马酚(Desaspidinol)和5-叔丁基焦酚(5-tert-Butylpyrogallol)等13个相同成分。结论:本研究结果可为竹沥质量标准的制定及GC-MS指纹图谱的建立提供研究基础。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze chemical composition of bamboo juice. Methods: Four kinds of bamboo juices were prepared by cracking process, chemical composition was analyzed by GC-MS technique. Results: Qualitative ingredients included respectively: 42, 37, 39 and 63 kinds, which occupied 68.89%, 64.26%, 71.55% and 69.84% of all detected ingredients respectively. There were 13 kinds of same ingredients including (phenol, 2-methoxy-), (phenol, 2, 6-dimethoxy-), desaspidinol and (5-tert-butylpyrogallol) and others found in four kinds of bamboo juices. Conclusion: The study could provide the base for establishing quality standard of bamboo juice and GC-MS fingerprint.
