摘要:
目的：观察雷火神针联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法：将糖尿病胃轻瘫患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，观察组予经过改良的雷火神针疗法及中药汤剂(半夏泻心汤加减)口服治疗；对照组予莫沙比利片口服，治疗1个月后观察2组患者临床症状积分和胃排空率、血浆胃动素变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为94.3％，对照组为71.4％，观察组优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：雷火神针联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效确切，可改善患者临床症状，促进胃动力。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of thunder-fire miraculous needle combined with modified BanXia XieXin Tang in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (DGP). Methods: Seventy patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases each group, the patients in the observation group were treated by improved thunder-fire miraculous needle therapy and modified BanXia XieXin Tang; the patients in the control group took Mosapride tablets orally, clinical symptom scales, gastric emptying rate (GER) and motilin changes between both groups were observed after treating in one month. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%, superior to 71.4% of the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Thunder-fire miraculous needle combined with modified BanXia XieXin Tang could obtain definite effects in the treatment of DGP, it could improve clinical symptoms and promote gastric dynamics of the patients.
