摘要:
目的探讨四君消痞汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫（diabetic gastroparesis，DGP）模型大鼠胃肠动力及胃肠激素的影响。 方法随机选取10只大鼠作为正常组，其余大鼠制备DGP模型，并将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、多潘立酮组及四君消痞汤高、低剂量组，每组10只。正常组、模型组予生理盐水10 mL/kg灌胃，多潘立酮组灌胃多潘立酮0.5 mg/kg，四君消痞汤高、低剂量组分别灌胃四君消痞汤5、1.25 g/kg。观测各组大鼠体质量；检测各组大鼠胃排空率、肠推进率、血清胃动素（motilin，MTL）、胃泌素（gastrin，GAS）和P物质（substance P，SP）含量。 结果与模型组相比，各给药组大鼠体质量均明显增加；与模型组相比，各给药组大鼠胃排空率、肠道推进率以及MTL、GAS、SP均增高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；四君消痞汤高剂量组改善胃排空率、肠推进率及增高GAS优于多潘立酮组。 结论四君消痞汤高剂量组改善DGP模型大鼠胃肠动力效果优于多潘立酮，其机制可能与刺激胃肠激素分泌有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Sijun Xiaopi decoction on gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone in diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) rats. MethodsTen rats were randomly chosen as the blank group, the others were prepared into the models with DGP, after successfully modeling, the rats were randomized into the model group, domperidone group, high and low dose groups of Sijun Xiaopi decoction, ten rats in each group. The blank group and the model group were perfused with physiological saline, 10 mL/kg, domperidone group was drenched with domperidone, 0.5 mg/kg, high and low dose groups of Sijun Xiaopi decoction were given 5 and 1.25 g/kg of Sijun Xiaopi decoction by gavage respectively. To detect body mass of the rats in different groups, and measure gastric emptying rate, intestinal propulsion rate, the contents of serum motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS) and substance P(SP) of the rats in different groups. ResultsCompared with the model group, body mass of the rats in different medication groups increased obviously, compared with the model group, gastric emptying rate, intestinal propulsion rate, the contents of serum MTL, GAS and SP rose in different medication groups, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); high dose group of Sijun Xiaopi decoction was better than domperidone group in improving intestinal propulsion rate, intestinal propulsion rate, and increasing GAS. ConclusionThe effects of high dose of Sijun Xiaopi decoction in improving gastrointestinal motility in DGP rat are better than these of domperidone, and its mechanism might be related to stimulating gastrointestinal hormone secretion.
