摘要:
吴煜教授认为肝癌病位虽在肝，但与脾密切相关，肝郁气滞，脾虚痰凝是肝癌的主要病机，其相关病理产物也与此病机密切相关，并形成肝癌辨证当以肝郁脾虚为要的辨证思路。在此病机基础上临证又可出现脾虚痰凝、脾肾两虚、肝肾阴虚等多种证型，在治疗方面以疏肝健脾为治疗肝癌的基本治则。
Abstract:
Professor Wu Yu thought that although liver cancer was located at the liver, it was closely related to spleen, liver depression and Qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and phlegm coagulation were the main pathogenesis of liver cancer, its related pathological products were closely correlated to the pathogenesis, therefore, the thinking of differentiating the patterns was formed when treating the disease, on the foundation of the pathogenesis, many patterns such as spleen deficiency and phlegm coagulation, dual deficiency of spleen and kidney, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, and others might be occurred when we treated the disease in clinic, liver-soothing spleen-invigorating should be selected as the basic therapeutic principles for liver cancer.
