摘要:
目的：探讨穴位按摩对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后腹胀的改善效果。方法：将腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后腹胀患者54例分为2组各27例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加穴位按摩护理，比较2组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组患者的肠蠕动恢复、肛门排气时间短于对照组，疼痛程度较小，且观察组患者的总有效率为96.3%，高于对照组的77.8%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在常规护理的基础上实施穴位按摩能改善腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后腹胀患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the improvement effects of acupoint massage on abdominal distension after uterine myomectomy under the laparoscope. Methods: All 54 patients were were randomized into two groups, 27 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional care, and the observation group the care of acupoint massage on the foundation of the control group, clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of peristalsis recovery and anal exhaust, with little pain, total effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%, higher than 77.8% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Based on conventional care, the implementation of acupoint massage could improve the prognosis of abdominal distension of the patients after uterine myomectomy under the laparoscope.
