摘要:
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合推拿对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后气虚血瘀证患者胃肠功能的影响。 方法将腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者88例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各44例。两组患者术后给予常规干预措施；对照组在常规干预的基础上口服吗丁啉；治疗组在对照组基础上予中药穴位贴敷联合推拿治疗，治疗4天后观察两组患者症状体征改善时间、胃肠道症状分级评分量表评分、气虚血瘀主证症状评分及临床疗效。 结果治疗组患者首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀消失时间均短于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组患者症状、体征评分及气虚血瘀主证症状评分降低，治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组总有效率为97.73％（43/44），高于对照组的81.82％（36/44）（P＜0.05）。 结论在常规干预与口服吗丁啉的基础上实施中药穴位贴敷联合推拿能缩短腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后气虚血瘀证患者胃肠功能障碍改善时间，改善患者中医证候，效果优于常规干预联合口服吗丁啉。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern after laparoscopic myomectomy. MethodsA total of 88 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given routine intervention measures after the surgery; the control group received oral administration of domperidone based on conventional intervention; and the treatment group accepted Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, after four days of the treatment, to observe the time of improving the patients' symptom and body signs, gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS) scores, the symptom scores of main pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and clinical effects between both groups. ResultsThe treatment group was shorter than the control group in first exhaust time, the recovery time of bowel sounds and the disappearing time of abdominal distension (P<0.01); after the treatment, the scores of symptoms and body signs and symptom scores of main pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis lowered in both groups, the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.73% (43/44), higher than 81.82% (36/44) of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the foundation of conventional intervention and aral administration of domperidone, Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage could shorten the time of improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern after laparoscopic myomectomy, and improve TCM syndromes, its effects are superior to these of conventional intervention and oral administration of domperidone.
