摘要:
通过典型病例，从脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证病机及治法、益气养心散的功效2方面入手探讨韩学杰通过益气养心散治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的经验，韩学杰治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证善从气血津液关系入手，在益气活血的同时补益阴液，防止过燥加重病情，同时发挥五脏生克制化功能，滋水涵木，有利于患者肢体机能的恢复；其常用沈氏女科益气养心散气阴双补、活血化瘀。
Abstract:
Han Xuejie's experience in treating cerebral infarction at convalescence stage of Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern by benefiting-Qi and nourishing-heart powder was discussed from the pathogenesis of the disease, therapeutic methods and the efficacy of benefiting-Qi and nourishing-heart powder by the typical medical cases. He is skilled in treating the disease with the connections between Qi, blood and body fluid, nourishing Yin fluid when benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation, to prevent the deterioration of diseases from excessive dryness, meanwhile, developing the interpromotion and restraint of the five elements, as well as nourishing liver and kidney could help the recovery of the patients' limb function; He commonly uses benefiting-Qi and nourishing-heart powder from Shen's gynecology to benefit Qi and nourish Yin, promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis.
