摘要:
目的：观察自拟化积膏治疗肝硬化临床疗效。方法：将肝硬化患者54例随机分为2组各27例，对照组采用西医常规支持疗法(能量静脉滴注)，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上用自拟化积膏外敷治疗，疗程1月。比较治疗前后2组患者主要症状、体征、B超及肝功能变化情况。结果：治疗组显效11例，有效9例，无效7例，总有效率74.1%；对照组显效7例，有效9例，无效11例，总有效率59.3%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：自拟化积膏外敷联合西医常规支持疗法治疗肝硬化疗效优于单纯西医常规支持疗法。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of selfmade HuaJi ointment in the treatment for cirrhosis. Methods: All 54 patients were randomized into two groups equally, the control group used conventional therapy of Western medicine(intravenous dripping of energy), and the treatment group accepted selfmade HuaJi ointment for external use based on the therapy the control group accepted, the course was one month. The changes of liver function, B ultrasound, body signs and main symptoms of both groups were compared before and after treating. Results: There were 11 cases markedly effective, nine cases effective, seven cases ineffective, and total effective rate of the treatment group was 74.1%; seven cases markedly effective, nine cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, and total effective rate of the control group was 74.1%, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Clinical effects of selfmade HuaJi ointment for external use combined with conventional supporting treatment of Western medicine are superior to these of conventional supporting treatment of Western medicine in the treatment for cirrhosis.
