摘要:
目的：探讨以健康信念模式为基础，建立维持性血液透析患者的健康教育模式。方法：将148例患者随机分为2组，每组74例。观察组采取常规健康教育加以健康信念模式为基础的健康教育干预，对照组采取医院常规健康教育。结果：患者及家属满意度观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。观察组对控制饮水、合理饮食、正确用药、通路维护、居家观察等内容的掌握程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：健康信念模式运用于维持性血液透析患者，有助于提高患者及患者家属的满意度及健康教育内容掌握情况。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish health education mode for the patients with maintenance hemodialysis based on the health belief model. Methods: All 148 patients were randomized into two groups, 74 cases each group, the observation group adopted conventional health education combined with health education intervention based on the health belief model, and the control group conventional health education. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in the patients′ and family members′ satisfactory degrees notably, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.01). The observation group was superior to the control group in the mastery of controlling drinking, rational diet, right medication, pathway maintenance, observation at home and others (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The health belief model for the patients with maintewance hemodialysis is helpful to raise the patients′ and the family members′ satisfactory degrees and improve the mastery of health education contents.
