摘要:
目的：观察肾康栓联合肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能不全(chronic renal insufficiency，CRI)的疗效及其对血清C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein，CRP)和脂联素(adiponectin，ADPN)的影响。方法：将CRI患者96例按照入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各48例。两组患者均接受西医常规治疗，对照组在此基础上口服肾衰宁片，观察组在对照组基础上直肠给予肾康栓。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、血肌酐(serum creatinine，SCr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen，BUN)、CRP和ADPN水平。结果：总有效率观察组为91.7%(44/48)，高于对照组的75.0%(36/48)(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组患者SCr、BUN、CRP、ADPN水平均低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上，肾康栓联合肾衰宁片较肾衰宁片更有利于改善CRI患者肾功能相关指标，在降低血清CRP和ADPN水平方面更具优势。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of Shenkang suppository and Shenshuaining tablets in treating chronic renal insufficiency(CRI) and its influence on serum CRP and ADPN. Methods: A total of 96 CRI patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to hospitalization time, 48 cases each group. Both groups accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the control group took Shenshuaining tablets, and the observation group accepted Shenkang suppository via the rectum based on the therapy of the control group. To observe clinical symptoms, the levels of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), CRP and ADPN before and after treating in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%(44/48), higher than 75.0%(36/48) of the control group(P＜0.05); after treating, the levels of Scr, BUN, CRP and ADPN were lower than these before treating in both groups(P＜0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Based on conventional therapy of Western medicine, Compared with only Shenshuaining tablets, Shenkang suppository and Shenshuaining tablets are helpful to improve renal function related indexes, and they own the advantage in reducing the levels of CRP and ADPN.
