摘要:
探讨徐力教授运用“三段六辨”抗癌学说治疗食管癌的经验，徐力教授认为食管癌为气、痰、瘀交阻于食管，日久正虚，结聚日甚，发为癌病；治疗可将食管癌分为3期即辅助治疗期、维持治疗期、姑息治疗期，不同分期予不同治则，结合“六辨”实施精准用药，达到辨病辨证相结合。
Abstract:
The paper summarized professor Xu Li′s experience of treating esophageal cancer by anticancer theory of "three stages and six differentiations", professor Xu Li thought that esophageal cancer was caused by intermingled Qi, phlegm and stagnation obstructing esophagus, long time illness inducing healthy Qi deficiency, concentrating for long time and developing into cancer; in the treatment, esophageal cancer could be divided into three stages: adjuvant therapy stage, maintenance treatment stage and palliative treatment stage, esophageal cancer at different stages should be given with different therapeutic principles, accurate medication based on "six differentiations" could reach the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
