摘要:
目的:综述透皮促渗剂的应用研究现状。方法:分别以“透皮促渗剂”“促渗剂”和“促透剂”为检索词,检索时限为1979年1月1日至2016年9月4日,检索中国知网(CNKI)相关文献,依据纳入和排除标准,提取透皮促渗剂应用研究现状信息并进行描述性分析;依据分析结果对常用的透皮促渗剂的应用研究状况进行综述。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共1119篇;透皮促渗剂研究文献量逐年增加,2006年后发展较迅速;其中发表于期刊、会议、报纸上的文献量多于硕、博士论文;其中天然透皮促渗剂文献量呈逐年上升趋势;目前氮酮及其相似物,脂酸及其酯和醇类透皮促渗剂被广泛应用研究;天然透皮促渗剂的促渗机理研究成为近年热点。结论:文献统计分析法能够从整体上反映出常用的透皮促渗剂,而且天然透皮促渗剂促渗机理研究成为透皮促渗剂研究的重要方向。
Abstract:
Objective: To review current state of the application of penetration enhancers. Methods: ″Penetration enhancer″ ″enhancer″ and ″transdermal enhancer″ were chosen as the key words respectively, the time limit was from January 1st, 1979 to September 4th, 2016, the related papers were searched from CNKI, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the application of penetration enhancer were extracted to perform descriptive analysis; the application of common penetration enhancer were reviewed according to the analysis. Results: All 1119 papers met the inclusion standard; the number of the papers about the research on penetration enhancer was increasing year by year, it developed rapidly since 2006; among them, the papers published in journals, conferences and newspaper were more than master’s and doctoral dissertations; the papers on natural penetration enhancers were increasing year by year; currently, research on extensive application of azone and its analogues, penetration enhancers of fatty acids, esters and alcohols, and study on the mechanism of natural penetration enhancers have become the hotspots in the recent years. Conclusion: Literature statistical analysis could display common penetration enhancers generally, and the study on the mechanism of natural penetration enhancers have become the important direction of the research on penetration enhancer.
