摘要:
当面对新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）（简称新冠肺炎）重大公共卫生事件时，部分人群表现出恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、失眠和不安等心理危机。如果不能及时关注和缓解这种不良情绪，不仅会影响新冠肺炎的治疗和预后，也会给整个社会生活带来不利影响，因此针对当前可能或已经出现心理危机的新冠肺炎患者、医护人员和普通群众采取个体化的应对措施进行心理关怀和心理治疗可以防止和减轻重大疾病创伤后的恐惧心理，促进疾病和心理康复。
Abstract:
Some people show psychological crisis such as fear, anxiety, depression, insomnia, unrest and others when faced with major public health events of COVID-19. If we can't pay attention to and relieve the unrest timely, it could not only influence the treatment and the prognosis of COVID-19, but also bring the adverse effects on the whole social life, hence the individualized coping measures should be adopted by aiming at COVID-19 patients, medical staffs and general public who might or has suffered psychological crisis, to perform psychological care and treatment, which could prevent and relieve the fear after major disease and trauma, promote the recovery of the disease and psychological rehablitation.
