摘要:
目的观察补肾活血调经汤对多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）患者子宫血流变化及激素水平的影响。 方法选取84例PCOS患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。对照组采取常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予补肾活血调经汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平和子宫血流变化情况。 结果观察组总有效率［88.10%（37/42）］显著高于对照组［64.29%（27/42）］（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后子宫血流搏动指数（pulsation index，PI）、阻力指数（resistance index，RI）均较治疗前有所下降（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组下降更明显（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后睾酮（testosterone，T）、黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）水平较治疗前显著下降，卵泡刺激素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）水平较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05）；对照组治疗后FSH水平较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05），T和LH水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组治疗后T、LH及FSH水平较对照组改善明显（P＜0.05）。 结论补肾活血调经汤治疗PCOS，可提高临床疗效，促进子宫血流灌流，改善性激素水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of kidney-tonifying blood-activating menstruation-regulating decoction on urine blood flow changes and the level of hormone in PCOS patients. MethodsAll 84 PCOS patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group was given kidney-tonifying blood-activating menstruation-regulating decoction based on conventional therapy of Western medicine.To compare clinical effects,the levels of sex hormone and urine blood flow between both groups. ResultsTherapeutic total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%(37/42), significantly higher than 64.29%(27/42) of the control group(P<0.05).PI and RI of uterine blood flow in both groups lowered after treating than these before treating(P<0.05); PI and RI of uterine bood flow of the observation group decreased notably(P<0.05).The levels of T and LH in the observation group reduced after treating than these before treating, the levels of FSH lifted notably than before treating(P<0.05);the levels of FSH increased remarkably in the control group after treating compared with these before treating(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning when the levels of T and LH were compared with these before treating(P>0.05); after treating, the improvements of LH and FSH of the observation group were more notable than these of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionKidney-tonifying blood-activating menstruation-regulating decoction in the treatment of PCOS could raise clinical effects,promote the perfusion of uterine blood flow and improve the levels of sex hormone.
