摘要:
目的观察菟蓉补肾方治疗多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome，PCOS）的临床疗效。 方法将30例PCOS患者采用菟蓉补肾方治疗3个月经周期，观察治疗前后患者体质指数（body mass index，BMI）、基础体温（basal body temperature，BBT）、月经周期、促黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）、卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormone，FSH）、促黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素（LH/FSH）、睾酮（testosterone，T）等变化情况。 结果治疗后患者体质量指数由治疗前的（30.85±2.04）kg/km2降至治疗后的（27.56±2.45）kg/km2，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；BBT由单相转变为双相，月经周期缩短，月经及肥胖情况改善；LH、LH/FSH、T较治疗前下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；FSH有一定程度上升，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论菟蓉补肾方可改善PCOS患者生殖内分泌失调状态、降低BMI、缩短月经周期，从而改善肥胖及月经情况。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Turong kidney-tonifying prescription in the treatment of PCOS. MethodsAll 30 patients with PCOS were treated by Turong kidney-tonifying prescription for three menstrual cycles, to observe the changes of BMI, BBT, menstrual cycle, LH, FSH, LH/FSH, T and others before and after treating. ResultsBefore treating, BMI of the patients was （30.85±2.04）kg/km2, decreased to （27.56±2.45）kg/km2 after treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05); BBT changed from single-phase to two-phase, menstrual cycle shortened, the mestruation and obesity improved; the levels of LH, LH/FSH and T lowered than these before treating, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); FSH rose to a certain degree, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionTurong kidney-tonifying prescription could improve reproductive endocrine disorder, lower BMI, shorten menstrual cycle of PCOS patients, therefore to improve obesity and menstrual conditions.
