摘要:
目的观察消癖乳安方配合心理疏导治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。 方法将乳腺增生症患者60例随机分为两组各30例，对照组口服消癖乳安汤，治疗组在对照组基础上配合心理疏导，治疗3个月后复查乳腺彩超，评定疗效，停药3月后随访复发情况。 结果对照组治愈2例，显效6例，有效15例，无效7例，总有效率76.7％；治疗组治愈7例，显效10例，有效13例，无效0例，总有效率100％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。停药3月后治疗组复发6例，对照组复发18例，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论消癖乳安方配合心理疏导治疗乳腺增生症疗效优于单纯口服消癖乳安方，可有效防止复发。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of lump-resolving breast-calming prescription and psychological counseling in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia. MethodsSixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the control group took lump-resolving breast-calming prescription, and the treatment group adopted psychological counseling on the foundation of lump-resolving breast-calming prescription, to assess clinical effects by checking breast color Doppler ultrasound after treating for three months, to observe the recurrence conditions in three months after drug withdrawal. ResultsTwo cases were cured, six cases were remarkably effective, 15 cases effective and seven cases ineffective in the control group, total effective rate was 76.7%; seven cases cured in the treatment group, ten cases were remarkably effective, 13 cases effective and zero case ineffective in the treatment group, total effective rate was 100%. The difference was statistically significant in total effective rate between both groups (P<0.05). Three months after drug withdrawal, six cases relapsed in the treatment group, and 18 cases in the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionLump-resolving breast-calming prescription and psychological counseling in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia could obtain definite clinical effects, and it could effectively prevent the recurrence.
